The second-opinion audit

Not sure your current provider is doing what they bill for? A fixed-fee second-opinion audit reviews their work product — patching evidence, backup restores, security configuration, ticket history — and gives you a written, vendor-neutral verdict. Sometimes the verdict is "they're doing fine." You deserve to know either way.
